About Us - Mark Smith

Mark is a specialist in operations and programme management. He is a chartered engineer and a PRINCE practitioner with a masters degree in business administration.

Mark has held Director and Vice President roles in blue chip companies and start-ups and has over 20 years experience managing communications and systems projects worldwide. His development project portfolio includes broadband networks, fixed and wireless telephony, broadcasting facilities and IT systems.

Mark has also undertaken technical due diligence on mergers and acquisitions in the UK, Europe and USA and helped companies integrate their multi-site operations and improve their delivery processes.
